As you've no doubt seen work has begun on the site of the new build teaching block at Western House. The contractor, Kier Moss, has been on-site since early December and has been busy breaking the ground, clearing the site, and preparing the way for work to commence in earnest in the New Year. One of the first things to happen will be the construction of the concrete foundations, followed by the erection of the steel frame that provides the structure for the whole building, and so into January the new building will begin to move forward and we'll be able to see the form of the new building appearing quite quickly.
